WETM, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the "Company"), will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1. Description of Contest/Participation.

A. Dates of Contest:

The Contest will begin on or about 3/17/2013 5:56:00 PM and end on or about 3/21/2013 10:00:00 AM in accordance with the Contest Event Schedule Contest Event Schedule.
Please be advised that this Contest will coincide with the event Schedule Contest Event Schedule and the above dates represent the best approximation of the Contest period, which may be subject to change.
Should the events making up the contest be cancelled or disrupted for any reason, the Contest shall end, players will not be able to make picks for remaining events, and points will not be awarded.
Should the date of the last event in the schedule change, the Contest shall end as of the date of the last event, and as such, the winner(s) shall be determined based on total points accumulated as of the final event.

B. How to Enter and Play:

No purchase necessary to participate or win. Purchase does not increase chance of winning. Void where prohibited.
To play, you must register by completing all the required information including name, a valid email address, valid US postal address and home phone number. Users who do not complete the required information or who play under multiple accounts for this game are not eligible to win prizes. One entry per person.
Once you are properly registered, you may sign in and begin making picks for the specified schedule noted above. Picks for each event must be made one hour before the start time of the event. Any pick left blank will be automatically entered as an incorrect answer and no points will be awarded. To avoid this outcome, you must make a pick for all events within a round. All of the events within a given round may start on different days and times. In the event of a tie between contestants in total correct predictions in a given round, the winner for that round will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible tie score contestants. In the case of a tie in total season points, the Grand Prize winner and other prize winners, if applicable, will be selected in a random drawing from all tie score contestants.

C. Determination of Winners:

The player that generates the most points over the Tournament will be the winner.

The Grand Prize winner of the Contest (if applicable) is determined by the number of events each player has correctly chosen throughout the course of the entire Contest. Other Prizes, if applicable, may be awarded to players with the next highest total score.

2) In the event of a tie in total correct predictions, the winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible tie score contestants.
In the event that scheduled events (in all or in part) are postponed, cancelled, or disrupted in any way or for any reason (such as, but not limited to, a strike or lockout), the Contest Administrator reserves the right to award prizes based on scores at the time the season is disrupted, or to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest at its sole discretion.
The contest is for entertainment purposes only and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.
This game is not affiliated with or sponsored by any of the following organizations:

Prize winners must meet all eligibility requirements in order to claim prizes, including all applicable laws and requirements indicated or implied by the rules of the contest, and including those laws and requirements as they may be applied to the contest or to the prize(s) and the awarding, acceptance or use of those prize(s). Failure to meet any eligibility requirements will result in disqualification. If a winner is disqualified, the Contest Administrator reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole discretion. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
In the event that a winner is determined to be ineligible or fails to respond to the Contest Administrator within five (5) days of Company’s first attempted notification, the Prize may be forfeited and the Contest Administrator reserves the right to select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
All decisions regarding eligibility and/or disqualification will be made by Company in its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility and Limitations.

Participants and winner(s) must satisfy the following conditions:
  • Be U.S. residents at least 18 years old as determined by the Contest Sponsor
  • Have a valid email address
  • Live within the Contest Administrator’s Designated Market Area (as defined by Nielsen)
Employees of the Contest Administrator, other Contest Sponsors, their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and/or win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
One entry per person.
In the event of a dispute about the identity of any entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be required to provide the sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

4. Delivery Disclaimer.

The Contest Administrator disclaims all liability and responsibility for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item including entries or weekly picks sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The Contest Administrator is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including but not limited to: failed, incomplete, garbled, lost or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, or any technical malfunctions or failures causing the loss of a participant’s picks for any week(s) in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest.

5. Winner List:

For the name of Winner(s), after 3/21/2013 10:00:00 AM, send written request identifying this promotion with the contest name and a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests received more than sixty (60) days after the Winner has been selected will not be honored.

6. Publicity; Use of Personal Information.

By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

7. Release.

By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Contest Administrator, the Contests sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company.

8. Taxes.

Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize(s) which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Any person winning over $600 total in prizes from this Contest or any other Contest sponsored by the Contest Administrator will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

9. Decisions.

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or who the Company believes has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. Any and all improprieties should be reported immediately to The Company reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who violates these rules, tampers with the entry process, or engages in any conduct detrimental to the Contest Administrator, the Contest or any other entrant (in each case as determined in the Contest Administrator’s sole discretion), to lock out any individual whose eligibility is in question, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest at any time. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK FROM ANY SUCH PERSON DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO THE COMPANY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Miscellaneous.

Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company's release form to claim the prize. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time as announced by the Contest Administrator. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the business offices of the Contest Administrator and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope. All entries become the property of the Contest Administrator and will not be returned. To be removed from our direct mail, email or fax lists, visit the main office of the Contest Administrator during regular business hours, or send a self addressed stamped envelope with contest name to the address listed at the top of these rules.

11. Compliance with Law.

The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. The Contest Adminsitrator shall follow the applicable laws for conducting contests, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winners, running specific on-air disclaimers, providing specific written information about the Contest, etc. as required by local and state law.
